Plan school costs with confidence

International school fees in the Gulf vary widely by curriculum, grade and campus. SchoolFinder publishes structured tuition from official fee schedules where schools make them public — per-grade rows when available, otherwise early years, primary, middle and secondary bands.

This calculator is free and independent. Use it to model a household with two or three children at different schools, compare term-equivalent monthly costs, then open full profiles or our side-by-side compare tool before you contact admissions.

GCC school fees calculator — UAE, Oman, Bahrain and beyond

Parents relocating to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Muscat or Manama often need a quick read on annual tuition before shortlisting schools. This tool pulls live fee rows from SchoolFinder school profiles — British, American, IB and other curricula — so you can budget in BHD, AED, OMR or USD without spreadsheets.

Multi-child and multi-school household budgeting

Siblings rarely share the same grade band, and many families split children across nurseries and primary schools. Add each child's age (with an optional date-of-birth helper for September entry), assign a school per child, and see household totals split by currency. Share a link with your partner or print a summary for relocation agents.

How this differs from school comparison

Our compare tool lines up two to four schools side by side. The fee calculator is built for whole-family planning: different ages, different schools, annual plus per-term and monthly views. Start here for budgeting; use compare when you are down to a shortlist.

School fee calculator FAQ

Common questions about tuition estimates, ages and currencies.

How accurate is the SchoolFinder fee calculator?
We use verified fee data from each school's published fee schedule where available — per-grade fees first, then stage bands (early years, primary, middle, secondary), then the published min–max range as an estimate. Fees change; always confirm with the school before budgeting.
Can I calculate fees for more than one child?
Yes. Add up to six children, each with their own age and school. This is useful when siblings attend different schools or are in different year groups with different fee bands.
What does the monthly figure mean?
GCC schools usually invoice in three terms per year, not calendar months. Use Per term (annual ÷ 3) for the closest match to how schools bill. We also show ÷ 10 months (academic year) and ÷ 12 months (calendar budgeting) — pick the view that fits how you plan cash flow.
What if my children attend schools in different countries?
Totals are grouped by currency (e.g. BHD, AED). We do not convert between currencies — each block shows the sum in that school's local fee currency.
How do you map my child's age to a grade?
We use the common British/GCC convention for age on 1 September: age 3 → FS1, age 4 → KG1/FS2, and so on through Year 13. Not sure? Expand “Use date of birth” on each child card — we calculate September age and likely grade for you. Schools may place children differently; confirm with admissions.
Are sibling discounts included?
Not automatically. Where schools publish sibling or multi-child discounts in their fee notes, we show the text on each child's row, but the calculator uses published tuition before discounts unless a specific per-grade fee already reflects it.
