By accessing or using SchoolFinder at schoolfinder.io, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What SchoolFinder provides

SchoolFinder is an independent school directory. We publish structured school profiles (curriculum, fees, contact details, verification status) to help parents research options. We are not a school, admissions authority, or education agent. We do not guarantee admission, accuracy of third-party data, or outcomes from contacting a school.

Fees, availability and admissions details may change. Always confirm information directly with each school before making decisions.

For parents and visitors

• Use the site for lawful personal research only
• Do not scrape, bulk-download or misuse directory data without permission
• Lead forms must contain accurate contact information
• Compare and save features are provided as-is and may change

For schools

Schools may claim a profile and verify ownership using an official school-domain email. Verification is free. Optional Featured placement is a paid subscription, always clearly labelled and separate from verification. Featured status does not imply editorial endorsement or ranking preference beyond labelled placement.

School representatives are responsible for keeping profile information accurate and for handling parent leads in compliance with applicable laws. We may review, reject or remove content that is misleading, offensive or violates these terms.

Accounts and access

Portal and admin access requires authentication. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and activity under your account. We may suspend access for abuse, non-payment (Featured plans), or breach of these terms.

Intellectual property

SchoolFinder branding, design and software are owned by us or our licensors. School names, logos and content remain the property of respective schools. You grant us a licence to display school-submitted content on the platform.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SchoolFinder shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on school information. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you are a free user.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data and is incorporated into these terms.

Changes and termination

We may modify these terms or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. We may terminate or restrict access for violations. Sections that by nature should survive termination (liability, IP, governing law) will survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country apply.
